Clean, well maintained environment, including locker rooms, restrooms, and athletic facilities. Friendly staff, adequate parking, and the list goes on.
It offers exercise classes appropriate for my age and fitness. There is also a warm neighborly friendship among the participants.

I have been training at the Y for about a year and a half. I arrived in bad shape, having had a stroke and lost my second husband in January of 2023. I began training with Cody Maquirk, and he began putting me back together. After a year, quite by chance, I met Ron Thomas, and we became partners. When Cody left, I began training with Bridget, who was very thorough and precise. I can say that attending the Y three times a week has restored me.

The staff is very nice, the facilities are great and the classes offered are extensive. Yery inclusive to everyone as well.
Customer service at the Semones Family YMCA is high. Every visit - I train at least 4 times a week - I'm greeted cordially at the door during check in and when I leave, I receive a thank you and I'm wished a good day every time! A culture of service is at every level from the front desk, to support staff, to lifeguards on and on. The Semones YMCA is a well run facility family friendly organization.
