The Y in McKinney is a great place for seniors to work out. They offer a variety of classes geared for seniors. Staff is friendly & helpful. We become family & meet for lunch monthly. Or just come a little early before class to sit, talk & drink coffee. Many of us start our mornings at the Y. The socialization is as import for seniors as staying fir physically.

The first people to greet members start a most rewarding experience. Arlene and Becca at the McKinney YMCA are top-notch. The facility is inviting and clean. The machines remain in good repair. I look forward to working out everyday.
