Friendly staff
Cordial, helpful staff at front desk. The instructors in the classes I participate in are welcoming to all and sensitive to special needs, helping participants to modify up or down as needed.
I especially appreciate that that Maria D and Angel are willing to keep the volume of the music at a reasonable level. Overly loud music just drains my energy instead of helping me exercise and these ladies were responsive and respectful. There are a couple of other classes I might like to take, but the volume of music is too loud.

It's a well maintained, clean facility. I always get a great workout. The staff is wonderful. I enjoy my post workout time with my coffee buddies.
Good gym, friendly staff.
Was disappointed to see various people on equipment NOT wiping down the equipment when they were done with it. It would be helpful to police this better by staff and/or reminder signage around the gym.

It offers many classes for seniors. Good place to socialize & meet new friends. Clean facility. Friendly staff. Convenient location.

The fitness classes and great instructors!!
We were there visiting and we signed up for the free no sign up fee to exercise with our daughter... The facility is clean, lots of options for workouts and free classes that are beginning to advanced. The staff and instructors I was able to meet were great! I would recommend this facility to anyone seeking a great place that is close to travel to and get in an hour workout 5 days a week or whatever you can begin to do. Thanks YMCA McKinney, Texas

The Facility is very warm and inviting. Everyone from Front desk to instructors are very professional, curious and amazing. The service is beyond excellent. From score of 1 to 10 i would give this place a solid 20.
All the instructors that i have had classes with, Angela, Vanessa, Debora, Deena, Amanda every one of them have been super amazing, professional and so helpful.
