The fitness floor is clean and hygienic. Staff is super friendly. Child watch facility is clean, fun, safe and perfect for kids to wait while parents work out. A huge shout out to the child watch teachers who handle all the kids so professionally and efficiently. Overall good experience.

I had been a Y in downtown Dallas since 1987. And decided to move to this area at which time I rejoined in Mckinney last year.
I was doing real good when I first joined sort of gotten Lazy over the last six months or so but hopefully I’m trying to get back into a new routine to attend a couple times a week. The McKinney location is great and the staff is awesome as usual.
Keri explained everything about the facility, classes, etc, to us. We are waiting to receive the the message from the trainer so we can get started. Thank you.

The community, it becomes for people who are new to the area. I like the fact that there are flexible classes as well as independent workouts. There’s always something there for everyone.

The Mckinney YMCA is the best! I love everything from the people that run it so smoothly to the machines, and the many choices of classes. The Mckinney location helps the members with the machines, memberships, classes and truly cares for everyone. Mary and Kari, at the front desk, are honestly caring and treat us as if we are family. Also, they are always available as a friendly ear to listen to you while offering your children sweet treats. The manager always addresses each person by their first name and is so very kind. The cleanliness of the locker rooms, restrooms, machines, classrooms, generally the entire facility is beyond approach. Also, the instructors are superb, friendly and very talented. Rachel 's Zumba classes, one of my favorites, is so much fun and lighthearted. I am sure everyone has a hard time trying to fit in all the fun classes. We have such a great time, there is no way you don't walk out of this gym without a big smile on your face and a lightness in your step as you are bided a “good day” by Mary and Kari.
I never attended Mckinney YMCA. I registered when I was visiting family in Wisconsin so I could attend there. I am moving to wisconsin in a couple of months so that's why im cancelling

Everything is great about this facility. Ease of Access. The variety of exercise classes being offered. The whole operation at this site is excellent and its a very welcoming facility.
most importantly is the professionalism at all levels. Starting with front desk. Morning and afternoon staff are exceptional, warm, very knowledgeable and helpful. Proactive in asking clients if they need assistance on anything. Always making sure to answer all the questions to satisfaction. The quality of classes, Instructors knowledge, care and engagements are exceptional. Every instructor is very engaging, knowledgeable, very caring, making sure not only clients are getting the exercises correctly and safely but everyone comfort level is the priority.

The staff are all very nice and helpful! The facility is clean, sufficiently equipped, and not at all intimidating. There’s a good variety of group classes.

I started taking Zumba with Maria and still with her in the class she teach at Y. There is another girl for Zumba (Rachel) Very sweet and her class is fabulous.

Staff and members are friendly. Kids love playing and doing crafts at the childcare center. The group fitness classes are good.
There are many classes to choose from which is great. As well as the work out are has lots of equipment to choose from. Everyone at the Y is welcoming and very friendly.
I like the friendly and helpful staff. The classes are led by knowledgable people wbo help you learn if you are new to a class.
