The adult exercise classes for AOA and the Warrior Roots classes. Angel, Maria D, and Vanessa are excellent at helping us get the most out and our classes and provide a balance of cardio and strength. Ashley is new but I think she is going to be good too.
I especially appreciate that these instructors also willing to modify the volume and realize that louder isn’t better.

Equipment in good condition and a clean environment certainly makes McKinney YMCA a great place to workout. However, what makes the Y inviting for me? I always look forward to visiting with the staff each morning. Arlene, Becca and Russ, with their genuine caring and engaging personalities, enhance the whole YMCA experience. It’s about the people with whom you first encounter that sets the tone for the visit.

What's not to like! The staff is very friendly and the center offers all of the equipment, classes and services I was looking for. It's affordable, clean, and it's conveniently located near my home. It's the perfect fitness center for me.

I love my McKinney YMCA! They have all the equipment I use and always very clean. I love the staff, they are always friendly and welcoming! The only thing I wish it had is a 25 yard pool to swim laps!
Front Desk Staff, hours of operation, availability of both machines and free weights and cardio.
I enjoy the instructors and the overall environment. Occasionally, a class will get larger than the space can handle. It seems there should be a maximum size for classes in the smaller spaces. I try to signup for classes I plan to attend amd arrive to class in a timely fashion.

Absolutely everything! Great instructors! Great, amazing front desk, you always get greeted with your name and a nice smile. Also, if a class is ever canceled for any reason I often get a text from my instructor and the front desk. Additonally, the workout rooms and restrooms are all very clean.I never hear of anyone complaining about this YMCA. Instructors and personnel are the best of the best! I really appreciate being a member of this YMCA location.
