Everything is great
The facility is very clean and has all new equipment at every turn. The pools are well maintained and the staff are always so friendly and helpful. The women’s locker room facilities are also kept very clean however, the carpet frequently gets wet from pool usage.
My kids learned to swim more in the past couple of weeks and they had in years prior. Coach Alex was amazing with my two boys and they ended up swimming the length of a pool by the end of the session. Coach Lily helped my youngest gain so much confidence in the water. I look forward to more lessons

We love Mrs. Joyce!! After several failed attempts with private lessons at other facilities our kids are making incredible progress and LOVE to swim because of Mrs. Joyce. She has been patient and consistent in her training and our children love her. Thank you Mrs. Joyce for teaching our littles to swim! You are wonderful.
Friendly staff and nice new facility

All of the renovations have made this facility a world class fitness center. The classes are varied and well-taught.
My only complaint is that there are definitely not enough restrooms. It sounds great that the toilets each have their own locking room, but those are also the shower rooms. After a water aerobics class, when a kids' swim lessons are ending at the same time, women take their time in the (3-4) showers, while little kids wait and wait just to go to the bathroom. Seems like there could be a way to just install regular toilets in addition to the showers.
Building is new. Showers are new and clean. Exercise equipment is new and clean. Weight exercise machines are automated to remember my height and weight settings, I don’t have to remember my settings.
Everyone is so friendly- you all feel like family to me! My poor old brain cannot recall the name of the fabulous integrated weight circuit, but I am addicted to it!
Child watch, lap swimming, spin class
The location is great, the facility is clean, the company is wonderful, and staff is warm and responsive. My only complaint is when lifeguards do not show up for our 5:30am swim! Thanks for all that you do!

The staff and instructors are incredibly kind and accommodating. There’s a wide variety of classes for all levels, the facility is clean and spacious, and the added bonus of a coffee and work area is amazing! It’s a fantastic space for families—I absolutely love it!
I think it is fabulous that you have EGym! And I love the design and amenities of your YMCA. It is always clean and cool and set up just perfectly for the members and guests.

Please ask childwatch to let kids play outside more! They tell my boys “no” almost every time they ask!
Lots of space, not cramped. Good spin class on Saturdays
Easy to access; beautiful and light filled entry, cardio and weight areas; variety of gyms and activities. Seating areas for brief gatherings and socialization. Friendly and adequate number of staff available. Hand towels and wipes available. Great variety of state of the art workout equipment.

Love the early morning exercise classes! MWF cardio strength with Darryl is great. Please bring back a T/TH option that is before 7am. My preference is a start time between 5:30 and 6:15. 6:30 is almost too late for working people with school aged children. HIIT, body pump, cardio strength or similar is preferred.
