Nice facility, chair aerobics, class instruction, friends in class., people at front check in desk.
Love the early morning exercise classes! MWF cardio strength with Darryl is great. Please bring back a T/TH option that is before 7am. My preference is a start time between 5:30 and 6:15. 6:30 is almost too late for working people with school aged children. HIIT, body pump, cardio strength or similar is preferred.

I am a member of the Plano YMCA, but had a few hours to pass while my daughter was taking the SAT in Lake Highlands. I enjoyed working out at the beautiful fitness facility and appreciated the lounge area where I could sit and do some work. If I lived closer I would definitely be back!
The staff are very outgoing, friendly and courteous. The facility is very clean. I enjoy that it can be quiet and not very busy at times. The assortment of exercise machines is top notch.

well run. i really like the eGym machines, they are a game changer. You have a couple of good classes and you keep the Y clean.

I mainly use the pool for lap swimming. The facilities are great---wish the pool moved the aerobics class to 10 am to allow for more morning lap swimming since pool closes at 1 pm.
