Good layout and good staff. Nice place to work out. We live in Lakewood but the Y there is overcrowded and the staff stays in hiding. There are workout zealots who ruin it for everyone else and the staff is too timid to address the issue. Parking is terrible too. The LH family YMCA is a much better choice for us.
I really like the egym. for someone who has been intimidated by weight machines, it's nice to have this option. I like that there are so many classes to choose from. The Y is family friendly, clean and well run. Staff is welcoming and always available to answer questions, help with workouts.
The Lake Highlands Y is so friendly and inclusive. The atmosphere is always welcoming; the whole family enjoys our visits. My kids are genuinely excited to go to Child Watch, and sitting down to a cup of hot coffee and a good book after a work out there is the highlight of my day.
Friendly employees. plenty of space. Older adults working out, like myself. Programs for children. Community outreach.
E Gym, all other options. Love the church is allowed to meet there on Sunday mornings. Staff is friendly and helpful.

I love the people and the staff. Only problem is no lighting in the north parking lot and dimly lit in the main parking lot. I don't go in the dark in the winter time.

We’ve been twice since we got our membership and your staff are friendly, professional, and extremely helpful. We live closer to another location that is just as nice, but due to the way the staff members carry themselves we will be making the extra miles to come to your location. I love the variety of people using the Y at all times. Little kids with their families make the place lively and homey. It is a very comfy place to be. You don't have to deck out to work out. Staff is friendly and available. Adults of all ages make me not feel like I fit right in.

Everyone is very nice and helpful.
The weight machines are new and remember my specific weight levels for each individual exercise without me having to adjust the weight level.

Is nice place, good organization,, i would like that the volleyball teams can play games with others YMCA around Dalllas like tournament.. would be awesome!!
