Coach Megan has made such a difference to the team spirit, parent involvement, hiring really good coaches. I wish this happened sooner and my kids got the whole experience but we really appreciate they got to see how positive approach and slow improvement look like. Big thanks to all coaches!!

The staff is responsive and helpful with my requests. Everyday my kids are excited to go, I like that they are off their devises and playing outside, learning new skills, making new friends. It’s been Great!

It's exciting to see so many new faces enjoying and using the local YMCA in Coppell! When the parking lot is almost full, it really makes me smile, knowing how many people in the community the Y is serving.
Coach Megan and Coach KC are so great and have given my daughter confidence to try new strokes and pushes her to swim farther.
The friendships my daughter has made are supportive and definitely help pass the time during long meets.
Good level, would like to see more skills development for level 5-6. Sessions are very short and not frequent enough for the regular periods.

The facility is clean.
The strength class is wonderful!! There's variety in the exercises and music. The music volume is perfect! I've been to classes where the music is so loud I think the walls are pulsating. The staff and participants are friendly!
I drive 20 minutes from Flower Mound just to take Diane's class. Time flies by! The class at Flower Mound on Wednesday is terrible. I could fall asleep while exercising. Same music, same exercises Boring!!

The infrastructure
The instructor is very knowledgeable and patient. She attends to everyone's needs.
I feel YMCA is the best place for swimming lessons. They have very talented and caring staff and instructors.
My kids all had a wonderful experience, they could not stop talking about all the activities they did on a daily basis. I will definitely send them all again next year as they had so much fun.
I have been going to the YMCA in coppell for almost 18 years for water aerobics. Every summer we have problems with space/swim lessons/lap lane availability. This summer is the worst ever as the 20-25 people who routinely attend the water aerobics class are being limited to 3 lanes. It frustrates me because in my experience lap lane swimmers sign up for a month or two prior to a race. They may come a couple times a week for about 20-30 min. I do not understand why it would not be possible to exclude 9-9:45 for lap swim to allow us time. The response I get from administration is that camp has taken the afternoons away from lap swim and we are being punished.
