Great staff and facilities.
I love my senior classes and being exercising with my friends there
Good programs. Good social network.
I have been a member since 1992. I love the Y! I have met so many people there over the years. The people at the front are so nice and friendly. The guy who cleans - Carlos? - has also been there for years and he is so friendly and does an excellent job. I love the Y and would never consider going anywhere else!
I Love working out with my trainer Ben! He is great at coming up with fun new ways to build muscle and always make sure my form is correct so I don't get injured. The front desk staff is always so welcoming too!
Awesome
Very nice facility. The staff are always helpful.
One thing I would personally like to see is Group Cycling classes in the evening after 5:00 PM to accommodate members who work during the day.
Close to where I live and variety of classes.
I've taken several strength classes. They were great!! The music was just right. I do not go to classes with LOUD music.
Please offer Barre classes. It's a 40 minute drive to Frisco to take a Barre class.
The Y is clean, bright and the people are friendly!
This gym is better than Lifetime, better prices, no loud music and I like the classes!!
Caring community. Amy is great in BP. Love all of the classes. Personal and efficient front staff and the manager is above the rest. Brooklyn is caring, genuine and professional always
Lynn D is an incredible instructor! She makes working out & taking care of yourself fun! I enjoy all of her classes! She has a great attitude. She makes everyone feel welcome. She greets all new participants & introduces them to the class. She is very caring & considerate of others. She always reminds her classes that if they have had an issue/injury to be careful or not do that particular exercise. She is a joy to have as an instructor!

It Nice to be in YMCA swim classes . My kids love it.
Shreya is an amazing teacher. At 37, I’ve struggled with learning to swim my entire adult life. I’ve taken several swim classes in the past, but always left feeling like I didn’t reach my goals. When I signed up for lessons at the YMCA, I wasn’t expecting much, but Shreya has completely exceeded my expectations. She has a remarkable ability to push me out of my comfort zone while still making me feel safe enough to take risks. I really appreciate how she gives me clear, constructive feedback on what I need to work on. I’ve made so much progress that I’ve already signed up for another month of lessons. It feels incredibly freeing to finally overcome something that once seemed so daunting.
The volume when I go.

Our son had an outstanding basketball coach, Dawon Williams
I appreciate the YMCA's efforts in providing opportunities for kids to play sports, however I wanted to share some concerns regarding playtime distribution during games. I did discuss my concerns with Vibhav, our coach, earlier in the season. While I understand he is a teenage coach, and I appreciate his commitment, there was, unfortunately, little noticeable improvement in my son's playtime, after our conversation. I understand play time is a complex issue; however, it seemed that Noah's play time was disproportionately affected by the score of the game. He received significantly less play time in close games or when the team was trailing behind, and more play time if there was a comfortable lead. I was hoping for a more balanced approach so all players could develop their skills and enjoy the experience. I believe a balanced approach could have given my son more confidence, but unfortunately, the situation left him feeling very discouraged and unsure if he wants to try basketball again.
I really hope you will consider my feedback and perhaps provide additional training and support for volunteer coaches regarding equitable playing time distribution. Thank you.
