For me, you have excellent people working at Rymes/Superior. Kaylee and Jennifer P are knowledgeable and helpful to me over the years that I have been a customer. Norm, the delivery driver is great as was Mike (no longer with you). Your pricing has been fair and affordable and you allow me to pay as I can which is a tremendous help in these very tough economical times. I have been a customer of various local fuel dealers in the past (45 years) and when they are sold to a larger company things often change and not for the better to long standing customers such as myself. I tend to stay for a year but unfortunately in the past cases, local control is lost and pricing rises to unaffordable increases and local personnel are let go. I was very concerned that would happen when Superior became the owner of Rymes and so far....I have been very pleased that this company seems to keep the Rymes original perspective towards its long standing customers and hopefully to new ones as well.
Please, keep the positive transition stable and continue to realize the value of your customer base, which other larger companies have not.

3) delivery is done within a reasonable time so I never feel like I might run out of propane.

5) that they have group pricing for my area meaning that they can deliver to many of us in one trip. This saves Rymes money and keeps their travel and waste to a minimum.
