Rymes' customer service is great! When we moved into our new home, a propane leak was discovered, and the local manager showed up at our home shortly after the fire department. The leak was fixed, and we got a credit on the lost propane.

My furnace was having considerable problems with many 'hard lockouts'. Finally it was fixed and it has been working well. The service technician (Sean) did a great job and was very friendly.

We've had Rymes for years. We've never had to wait for an oil delivery. They're always on time and, the service is exceptional in our opinion. Everyone we've had in to service our furnaces have been respectful and, polite.
