This is the first time that I have needed fuel oil since you changed your name. I am glad to see that I am still on the delivery schedule.
Last year was a rough one and I can appreciate what you went through but it was touch and go with waiting for a usual expected delivery not to come until the tank was nearly empty and I had to phone with no results.. So, I give you a 9 and hope 1hat the future is better.
