When it was Rymes I had no issues. Great service and delivery. Since Superior Plus took over, not so much. You put holds on my account waiting for Fuel grant payments. Never had an issues any of the years the company was Rymes. They delivered promptly the entire winter, no holds waiting for the payments. Tri-cap never failed to pay any part of my grant each year. Please step your game up. Needing fuel assistance is hard enough. Superior with holding deliveries is just not right.
