The gal I spoke with was able to help me with a pricing problem due to the new pre-buy program. They billed my account same day as delivery 5/22 @ 4,59 per gallon and not at new 2,29 as I thought I had signed for on May 2nd. New pre-buy did not have my credit account number as I always have propane billed to credit and programs do not cross over.

Rymes' customer service is great! When we moved into our new home, a propane leak was discovered, and the local manager showed up at our home shortly after the fire department. The leak was fixed, and we got a credit on the lost propane.
