Nice lap pool. However, there’s a pothole near the front corner of the lot and I hit it. It’s pretty deep. You might want to fill it in.
I love the longer pools compared to Spartanash which cuts off part of their pool for kiddie section. Also, 2 hot tubs is nice

It would be helpful to have additional treadmills available (with t.v. access), available in the work out section. Not everyone has an iphone to use!!!!!!! Also, the locations of the treadmills by the gym are not helpful for individuals who are disabled-like myself. Thanks!

Staff has been very welcoming. So far, the attendees at the swim classes have also been friendly. My one experience to date with utilizing the New Member Coaching connection has been really helpful. Joel appears very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable as I knew so little about the machines.
I like that you have low impact machines, two nice hot tubs, a steam room and two pools. It helps my aching joints.

The class instructors are good at leading the class. They give us the full time listed for each class and don’t cut the class short.

It’s small and not over crowded
We enjoy everything about the Y. Staff, facilities, atmosphere, programs etc.
There's always a lot of parking available, and the employees are always friendly and helpful. The showers in the locker room are always clean and have hot water. The coffee service is awesome to have.
Availability of Aquacardio classes. I haven't been able to come as often as I like, as I have been taking care of my daughter who broke her tooth. Again, I appreciate the class times are flexible and with different instructors.
I love the aqua aerobic classes and body pump, great teachers too!

I have really enjoyed being at the YMCA in Grandville. The people are so kind and helpful. I feel like they want you to meet your goals and succeed. No one puts you down. I love the new track and courts. I've walked on the track and it feels great under my feet. Thank you for making my first experience with working out at a gym so positive. I have heard people say great things about Visser Family YMCA they are definitely right!

Chlorine seems to be a bit excessive at times, but the pools are much cleaner than Spartan Nash. Theirs is cloudy and gritty on the bottom like someone came in with a bunch of sand in their suit or water shoes
