My first experience with my personal trainer was good. We're both learning each others process and needs.
"When we signed up" we were invited to walk around and take a look. As a new member, until my trainer walked me through the facility i had not received any orientation (and probably still haven't) on the facility and the benefits offered. It seems like that aspect could use a little attention.
Overall impressed with the overall condition of the facility, the friendliness of the staff and respectfulness of the members.

Long daily hours; no extra charge for classes; large variety of sports/exercise options; well-maintained pool; huge physical facility. However, I'm disappointed in the discontinuation of Monday and Tuesday evening pickle ball times. It's about the only times that working members can play.

All the employees are friendly, informative and treat you like family. I've settled into a routine that gives me the ability to use all the necessary machines at a time of day when there appears to be a lull in the action.
Cost is reasonable. We have friends who go to MVP and want me to switch. Too expensive, and too trendy for me. I feel at home at the Y.
Staff is friendly and helpful. They listen to comments and suggestions and act on them quickly if possible.
There is a real family/community vibe here.
