I love the swim classes! It has taught my daughter so much. I wish classes that were canceled due to weather would have makeup classes so I wasn't losing a class day I paid for. I also wish one on one swim classes were offered to sign up for on the app so that times, days and prices for that were shown, for if it was something I was interested in without having to call. Other than that I absolutely love this classes.

wish more life guards could be hired for the pool on saturday - when kids are available to use. seems that would be a priority.

Great facility and friendly, knowledgeable staff.
I like the friendly, laid back, and generally quiet environment. The staff are all nice and the class leaders are great! I appreciate that the classes start and end on time. It's also good that wipes stations are so present and I see most users utilizing them.
People that work there are kind and friendly and I Love walking in the pool as my foot that has torn tendons and have had pain in my ankle for a year ; doesn’t cause pain when I walk in the pool ! I would like it a bit warmer though!

The facility has a good amount of amenities that I look for including a sauna. It is also clean for the most part. If someone was looking for these amenities, I would definitely recommend this facility

I love the large open space of the second floor gym -- it's always clean, bright, and staff are warm and helpful.
Staff is friendly and welcoming. Gym is clean. However there is always one or more treadmill broken and it’s usually one of the ones with a video screen. Which is my favorite one to use. It also seems to take a long time to get fixed.
Very nice employees and very quiet, not to over crowded, and I enjoy going every time I get a chance to, not my one, I used all the time; however, when I get a chance to visit Spartan Nash YMCA, I always feel welcome.
