Amazing and engaged instructors! The adaptive class was a great fit for my daughter.
The water aerobics classes are fun, and they keep me moving and help with balance. I take two classes every Monday, Wednesday and Friday and have met many new friends in the classes.
The Director has been responsive and kind. Always around and involved and making sure patrons and kids are taken care of. The program itself is good and allows kids of all age levels to play and enjoy.

I’ve been going to SpartanNash Y for two years, with the goal of maintaining strength and stability as I age. I’ve worked with a personal trainer on this and have made great progress in physical and mental health with a focus on strength training. I’ve lost weight, added muscle mass and learned so much about myself, my body, and nutrition. I’m glad I stepped out of my comfort zone and started working out. It’s been excellent for me. Thanks.

Natural lighting, cleanliness is taken very seriously, kidzone, and constant events to have my kids participate in. The front desk is always helpful.
I love the aqua arthritis class for my lumbar spine issues the best, and I like the other aqua classes as well and even though I can't do everything the same. I also enjoy being able to walk on the track inside.
The classes are great as are the instructors. The atmosphere is friendly as I have met so many wonderful people at the Y in my classes.
The aqua arthritis class and the aqua cardio mix class are awesome! Kathleen H. is the best! I love the pool, and the front desk staff are so friendly! It has truly changed my life! I’ve lost almost 90 lbs. since I joined four years ago. I love Spartan Nash Y!
Aquatics.
I love the swim classes! It has taught my daughter so much. I wish classes that were canceled due to weather would have makeup classes so I wasn't losing a class day I paid for. I also wish one on one swim classes were offered to sign up for on the app so that times, days and prices for that were shown, for if it was something I was interested in without having to call. Other than that I absolutely love this classes.
Always a pleasure to go to the Y.

wish more life guards could be hired for the pool on saturday - when kids are available to use. seems that would be a priority.

Great facility and friendly, knowledgeable staff.
I like the friendly, laid back, and generally quiet environment. The staff are all nice and the class leaders are great! I appreciate that the classes start and end on time. It's also good that wipes stations are so present and I see most users utilizing them.
People that work there are kind and friendly and I Love walking in the pool as my foot that has torn tendons and have had pain in my ankle for a year ; doesn’t cause pain when I walk in the pool ! I would like it a bit warmer though!
