Water aerobics and water yoga classes are wonderful. Wish there were more water classes, especially yoga. Wish they were longer than 45 or 30 minutes.
New Aquatics Director has helped straighten out difficulties with lifeguard shortages , when to offer swim lessons in summer and all around feels the water program in general is running smoother under his leadership!
Welcoming atmosphere, great instructors, not too crowded, and the track is a fantastic option when the weather isn’t good for outdoor running.

I love the group classes and the community we build attending the same classes together. I love the passion and dedication of the instructors to be there to support us, help us, motivate us and especially laugh, grunt and sweat with us!!
Great location and layout. Plenty of choice.
I like my instructor at water aerobics on Tues. Thurs and Saturday.
In addition, I find the Y very clean in the family locker room.
I would like to see the top edge of the family pool by the hot tub cleaned more often. It often looks like it has algae at the top edge.
What I really like about Mary Free Bed is that it is close to Home, is affordable and the atmosphere is friendly!!
I like the after work and weekend group classes. Many of the same people go to their favorite classes and are on a first name basis. Classes during the winter become even more important for a good routine.

Kidzone is awesome but wish it was open more.

I like the Mary Free Bed YMCA because it has a welcoming atmosphere and a wide variety of people are accepted there. A friendly place to work put and there are no judgements.

The instructors we’ve had for preschool 2 and youth 4 have been amazing!
My Daughters Aquatic instructor has been amazing!!! She has helped my daughter trust water and we could see the improvement and excitement since her first day.
