i like the facility but it is large and not that friendly. the staff is fine and friendly but everyone else seems to keep to themselves.
It starts with leveling the playing field by making all access universal. It is was struck me when I first entered this facility several years ago and that feeling continues. It just feels right.
I like the exercise part of this facility also with great machines and available staff.
Interestingly, i just went to a closer gym today for a quick workout; it is a free membership with my Medicare. The 4 machines I tried were clunkier, not a smooth motion or a supportive seat position.
I’ll continue to pay for my Y membership!
I enjoy the body pump classes and that it's really close to my house in weather like today.
I enjoy Zumba and Werq and equipment.
