I enjoy getting there 5-6 times a week, but it’s starting to look a bit old now. Need to get the TV fixed.
Many classes to attend, in addition to 'other' activities, like Basketball, pickleball, badminton, weight training (LOTS of equipment), etc
I like the diversity of people who participate, many ethnicities, many people with different mental and/or physical challenges, MFB YMCA has accommodations for all!!
'Handicap accessible' is taken to a new level, its not just about 'access', but people with mental and/or physical challenges are part of the MFB YMCA community, they are part of everything that is provided, enhancing 'community health'!
Great summer programs, a food pantry, cooking classes, book group discussion. The MFB YMCA is more then a 'gym'; their approach to 'well being' is very holistic!
Great setup of equipment, friendly staff and great location
Facilities and staffing are outstanding
I like the available space to get a good workout, the many programs and fun things they offer for kids
Classes and instructors are excellent. Employees very nice to all
I absolutely LOVE this location!!!
I enjoy coming here to workout and fellowship with my new friends that I have made here!
Beautiful facility, professional staff and clean environment!
My trainer Elliot has been amazing.
Really enjoy this facility, very clean and organized. The staff are wonderful and greet you with such kindness
The facilities are always clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. It is encouraging and fun to see people of all ages and levels connecting in a community space. I also appreciate that people with disabilities are given work opportunities and part of the community here.
Nice and a clean facility
Clean, clean, clean! Well maintained facility.
The group fitness instructors (and Les Mills program) at Mary Free Bed is world class. It would be nice to have a few more sections of popular classes such as BodyCombat, Balance & Pump which can be quite crowded. Perhaps better pay incentives for instructors would help recruit & add new sections.
Staff, facilities, accommodation,
Its very well kept up and the people are very friendly and helpful.
Women's locker room temp is starting to creep up. I would rather have it cold than too warm.
I am an early morning person who has to get ready for work. Lights now will go off which is so much better. Love the classes and instructors. Great job teaching us!!
Great environment, very friendly staff, love the fitness floor setup and my son Levi loves going to kid zone, everyone there does a very good job probably the best location yet, I appreciate that so much! Thank you.
Clean. Great atmosphere. Everyone respectful of exercise areas and equipment. Polite and courteous staff. Professional trainers.
Love the classes that are available, especially Zumba with Leesa!! It’s a great way to spend time with my Zumba friends and relieve stress.
Open layout, variety of machines. Nice track. Friendly staff. Close to home. Cardio machines.
Really do love the Y! Supportive during my recovery from surgery and needing assistance with equipment. Could use more recumbent bikes with back rest. I don’t know why they got rid of all but 1 of them.
Great facility, classes, instructors, and equipment. Love the diverse membership. Conveniently located.
-pools/beautiful, clean, well maintained

I love the accessibility of Mary Free Bed YMCA. Unlike other gyms, I don’t feel crowded by other equipment or gym goers. I’ve also been training with Ashley who is absolutely fabulous. Oh, let’s not forget I am greeted every time I walk in the door with a friendly smile and hello. I thoroughly enjoy the Mary Free bed atmosphere!!
the people, class offerings and enviroment!

Pleasant staff.
Lots of machines. Plenty of classes.
Open airy atmosphere.
Barrier free access for those who need it.
Absence of a "spandex" mentality - ie folks come to exercise, not just look good.
