Clean facility, friendly staff, plenty of space and equipment! I think the lap pool is a great temperature for lap swimming--not too warm or cold.

The Y makes everyone feel welcome. You don’t need to be dressed in some fashionable workout clothes, or be in a certain shape to feel OK being there. Yet, the selection of equipment, classes and activities is awesome.

Convenient and variety of class schedule
I love the variety of my 9:00 Water aerobics and water yoga class on Wednesdays. It is SO helpful with my various disabilities. Sue is the perfect instructor!
