Great place to work out or walk. Play basketball or swim. They have it all. Also friendly staff and clean locker and restrooms. What more could you ask for.

Great facility and well cared for. I';ve talked to a number of seniors who have left or plan on leaving the Y because your not affiliated with Silver Sneakers. The gyms that do offer Silver Sneakers aren't nearly as nic3e and can't offer the programs and machines etc but how do offer enough to satisfy most seniors.
There are a variety of exercise machines and when one breaks, it is fixed quickly. Also, the walking track and pool are nice amenities. I do wish that the Y was part of the Silver Sneakers program.
I love how welcoming the staff is, I love the amount of strength training and free weight equipment available, I love the cost.
Everyone at the MFB Y is so welcoming and helpful. I love the facilities and all the different options, especially the outside path. My kids absolutely LOVE everyone at the Kidzone too!

Loved cycling class with Doreen ! She always makes it fun. Great playlist ! Great energy. She always makes an effort to engage everyone in class!
I really like the Y. I took a hiatus from gym membership during the first two years of the pandemic. Rejoined and started swimming regularly after a while. I really enjoy the physical and mental benefits of going. Sometimes, this is the only time I spend outside of my home and neighborhood because I am part of a remote workforce. It is nice to just have somewhere else to go that does not involve eating. I wish there were even more community events there because it is such a nice place. Looking forward to spending more time at the Y.

I’d love some nicer mats! For floor work etc. the blue ones are so gross and hard to clean.
The track is amazing.
Love the lap pool. Lockers rooms are always clean as well as showers. The water is a perfect temp for swimming laps. Great pool
