The staff is very helpful and friendly. The area is very clean and inviting. My kids loved the pool but were sad the kids pool items weren’t on. Some of the teens or young adults were also a bit wild playing basketball in the the pool. But besides that it was great. I hope you bring back your towels

There’s a positive energy when one walks in. The patrons have a more positive vibe. The layout is easy to get around. My only wish was that the pool was bigger especially for the children and families in general.
We love our lessons with miss Rachel! She is fantastic and patient! We would highly recommend!
My daughter has Coach Maddie for soccer and loves her! She is flexible, keeps the kids active and engaged and makes sure they’re comfortable in class!

It's a very safe environment. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The place is cleaned regularly. The fact that all ages are welcome also makes it a very enjoyable place to work out. People there respect each other.

The pool but the locker room is freezing and it makes for a very hurried experience which is not pleasant or relaxing. The downtown Y is way more family friendly and just friendlier in general. I never feel very welcome when I go to Mary Freebed. I’ve been greeted with no hello, I’ve had a young lady roll her eyes at me because we asked a simple question. Just yesterday, we asked the man filling in for a lifeguard, wearing jeans and street shoes while life guarding…not ok also btw, we asked him for some goggles and lied straight to my face and said we don’t have any. I knew he was lying and waited until an actual lifeguard came. We asked her and she walked right in the little office and grabbed some for my 8 year old. You need some help in the customer care department and also turn the heat on in the locker room. It feels cold and so not family friendly. Your family locker rooms are also cold and way to exposed.
