Your company requests we keep driveways and path to tank clear of snow, but how do we know what day and time (approximate), delivery will be made?
System generates an email and text to your customers, when a ticket is generated at 35% tank level, to show that delivery of LPG is scheduled for (provide day and date, this will be helpful especially for medically vulnerable senior citizens like myself).
Management and customers will find your initiative very commendable and helpful.

I was having trouble ordering my delivery on line so I called in and waited quite a while for someone to answer, after telling me her name, she then said I'm sorry for the wait, we've been unusually busy because of the snow storm on Thanksgiving. She then went on to help me get my delivery scheduled and applied the senior discount. The delivery person was polite and efficient.
