I like that you monitor my gas tank level and I don't have to call you to come out and I especially like that you text me after you've been out and let me know how many gallons of propane I received and what the cost is. I think you have really good propane prices, especially this year, and I like the prepayment option.

My wife had concern about propane smell and called you thinking it may be the propane tanks your provide for our gas stove. A service rep came out right away and identified/fixed the issue (open/leaking propane tank on our gas grill). Thank you!
