One thing that would be a positive: Bring back the ability to create a request for a refill online. This was taken away (for customers with automatic monitoring) when Superior bought out Osterman. But sometimes, even customers with automatic monitoring have circumstances where they need to request a refill.

Osterman is so accommodating ! I had left my gate locked and they were unable to deliver, however they contacted me and delivered the next day. I really appreciate that they went out of their way.
