We have had nothing but superior service from Osterman Propane. The website is easy to navigate and we love that we can see when our last fill up took place and how much propane we have left. The staff is so great. We can call and get our questions answered almost immediately. Great company!!!

However, the automated attendant feature on the 800 number phone is tedious, cumbersome, slow and frustrating to the point of aggravation and hang-up. There is genuine need to reach a really person customer service agent quickly!

Always keep our place stocked with gas. I like that the tanks radio back when they need filling. It took a while but I think the billing shift has gotten worked out. Appreciate we can pay by credit card and get card points. Please keep doing everything you can to bring down the per-gallon cost and the delivery & service costs.
The service man was able to determine why the gauge did not move, and subsequently fixed the error. The tank has previously been filled to the brim, and disrupted the gauge at the bottom of tank. I appreciated the honesty and his skill.

We have been a Customer for years. Our deliveries of Propane have always been on time and without issue.
If and when we need assistance in Maintenance dealing with the Staff who work in the Southbridge Office our calls are answered, and the help needed is always easily scheduled and timely with their arrival at our home to address any concerns.
