ESPECIALLY- because we have been EXTREMELY loyal customers for 20 plus years. That is STILL very disappointing and unsettling to us. Otherwise, we have been quite pleased with Ostermane. We still firmly believe that this situation needs to be addressed and rectified in order to ensure that your faithful patrons remain satisfied customers rather than disgruntled ones.

I was a bit concerned since I had called almost 2 weeks ago to get a delivery which I called the number on the Superior website and when I called back the Local Southbridge number I found out whoever I spoke with the first time didn't put in a ticket for delivery just took me off of will call and for automatic. I told this person at that time I was at 18 psi and I was concerned about running out. Thankfully I called back the local Southbridge number twice and I was told it would not get delivered till Thursday today. I was so thankful when the Superior propane truck pulled up on Tuesday. This delivery employee saved Christmas I would have run out the tank had 3.76 left in it. Also the employee I spoke with at the Southbridge office helped too. We would have froze and not had Christmas Din ner if the delivery didn't happen till today. I am forever grateful for the employee s that helped me out.
