Reasonable price for propane and excellent service. We have transponders on the tanks and have never had an issue with getting too low.
Delivery is made when my supply has been deleted by about 50%. This is perfect. Please First name removedât change anything.
Just as a side note: during my last delivery your driver discovered a small bird trapped in some net âfencingâ around my hostas. He took a minute to free the bird. That is the type of employee everyone should have. kudos to this man!

I had a problem with an untimely delivery which caused a large delivery of propane. The amount of fuel, and the price, led to a large invoice. As a long time customer (since Fogg Fuels), I was quite disappointed. I gave a low grade on the survey. I figured that was the end of it, as just about every company puts out a survey, but the customer never receives any feedback regardless of whether it was positive or negative.
Not so here. The market manager Scott reached out via email to correct the delivery schedule. Krista, the customer loyalty liason called me and offered a credit on the pricing. This is superior customer service.
I worked in customer service for over 30 years, part of it as a customer service manager. This is how it is done. If there is a problem and you make no attempt to fix it, customers remember it, tell others, and likely leave to seek a competitor. When a company gives attention to a problem, and seeks to satisfy the customer, the customer no longer remembers the problem but does remember the way the problem was rectified, and tells others about the great service.
Thank you for taking care of this matter. Many companies preach customer service but rarely perform it. I am impressed about how you do it correctly and care about your customers.
