I had my home built from Aston Woods. Everyone said I was crazy because it stressful and to many things go wrong. Well, they were wrong. Everything went great! My builder Brandon and realtor Jessica called me every week to give me an update on what happened with my house during the week and what to expect for the upcoming week. They also sent me pictures periodically. I was able to go to the design studio and pick everything out from the floor, color of the walls, cabinets, even the grout on the bathroom tile floor. I met with my builder Brandon three times before the finished walk-through. Each time he thoroughly educated me on the structure, electrical, plumbing, everything that pertain to the home. This house is very solid and well built. Honestly, the most stressful part about the whole building/purchasing process was picking out my refrigerator.😊 yes I would recommend

Del Webb Nexton houses go up fast, so we had numerous small problems in the finishing details, i.e. sloppy caulking & grout work, numerous paint & patch needed on walls throughout the house. The houses are much closer than anticipayed.

Pulte was a great builder to work with. We were out of state buyers, and they made us feel welcome from the beginning and kept us inform all the way through the process with weekly updates and photos of our home under construction. Our sales representative Megan was incredible to work with answering any and all questions we had no matter how dumb they might have been. she guided us through the process, through the design center and off to our construction manager, Luke. Luke was also great to work with, again keeping us fully engage in the happenings with our new home. During our final few walk throughs, he was extremely through in explaining all appliances within the home and everything about the home. We have recommended Pulte Del Webb to many of our friends already and we hope that one day some of them will join us.

Although there were limited options building in this community, the construction manager did a great job keeping us updated on progress and ensuring minor repairs were quickly resolved to our satisfaction

The attention to detail Michele gave our home was second to none! In an era when homes are often thrown together, Ashton Woods ensured that our project got the attention it deserved when it needed it the most. Were there minor set-backs, certainly, but the manner in which the builder approached fixing, correcting, and modifying our project was exceptional. I would highly recommend Ashton Woods to anyone looking to build in Nexton and advise them to request Michele oversee their project if at all possible--hands down, he was and continues to be the reason our house is magazine worthy!
