Working with Saussy Burkbank was a dream. Amy at the sales office was awesome and Kelly spoke with us each week to discuss updates on our build. The home is gorgeous, very well built and noticeable care and craftsmanship went into our home. Outside of our home, the community is so well taken care of and well designed!
We liked the personal touch that New Leaf has. The quality of the workmanship and finishes are very good. The outbuilding was the number one reason we chose New Leaf.
This was our first home build. Working with Samantha and Cody has been such a pleasure. We lived over 700 miles away, and could only come down to see the progress a few times. The communication with Samantha and Cody was exceptional. They responded quickly to our questions, with phone conversations, photos and videos. All issues were addressed.

It was very easy to buy my house.
This actually was a hard process. Did not hear from Builder for weeks and weeks at a time. I was always having to initiate an update on progress. Have discovered several problems in house and haven’t spent one night in there. I already received an abnormal Gas bill and like stated above - have not spent one night in there or been over there that much!! I thought that I was buying an energy efficient home. However, I am planning to schedule an Inspection soon.
He was easily accessible and explained thing’s clearly to me.
