They have handled any follow up repairs or issues in a timely manner with a genuine expression of concern that I am happy with the end result-and the finished product shows that.
He (Foster Freeman) was very personable and attentive with us during the build. He kept us informed weekly about the build by providing photos of the house and property. He addressed all concerns immediately and made minor adjustments when needed or requested. He also provided explanations on the features and functions that were integrated into the home. He was an outstanding construction manager.

Working with Alena and Ryan was a wonderful experience as they both are very professional but yet gave me a family feeling and went beyond the call of duty to answer my questions and make me feel welcomed and important! I appreciated their willingness to help, listen, and make me feel like they have known me for years even though I was relocating from Virginia. They both accommodated my request in every way and made sure that I was and now happy with my decision to buy in Bradford Pointe.
Kept in contact every week since we lived out of state. After settlement they were there to answer questions or any issues.
Saussy Burbank is hands down the best builder in Nexton! The quality of building compared to other homes in unmatched. They also give the buyers more of a say of what they want in their homes as opposed to builders like David Weekly. DW will not work with buyers on changing anything! I also have weekly calls with Saussy after moving in because they care about how you are doing in your home! Incredible customer service! Jack Catterton is AMAZING & so responsive if you have any questions about your home before and after moving in! If you are considering moving to Nexton, I can’t recommend Saussy highly enough! So happy that I bought one of their homes!

Alright, I have never experienced a community like this and my wife and I decided to build it after just 2 days of seeing Nexton. The idea of live, work, and play has always been my wife and I's plan but we; couldn't find a place that fit. Nexton fits to a tee. We've been here for 4 weeks and can say we don't have one regret about choosing Nexton or Pulte to build our home
Jack Davis was very responsive, easy to talk with and seemed to genuinely care. He is always pleasant and gets results and resolutions.
