Foster Freeman (Senior Construction Manager) one of the most professional individuals I have had the pleasure of meeting. A definite asset to the team, Foster provided me with an overview of the building quality steps and ensured that we clearly understood the process and timelines of building the home. He maintained constant communication with us and achieved each timeline benchmark. His updates and photos provided additional comfort to us and we were amazed at the progress he and his team made each week. Seeing the completed home we were in utter AMAZEMENT on the quality, craftsmanship and personal attention given to ensuring the home was built for us.
Jack kept me informed every step of the way. Because my build was from long distance, communication was extremely important. Jack kept me in the loop with weekly notifications and pictures regarding the process.
Post build, he has been very attentive to any of my concerns and has addressed them accordingly. Jack is a bright young man and will be an asset to the Pulte community.
This was the only builder willing to work with us on customizations. They were pleasant and provided the quality we wanted in a home of this price.

I was selling a home in another city and knew it was sell quickly. I looked at several homes that would be completed in the next 30-days and like the Windward plan from Saussy Burbank. Working through my sales agent and Jack Catterton at Saussy Burbank, they made the process simple and easy. I was able to make one modification to the home and it was completed prior to closing. I was able to meet the sales manager and construction managers, and all very helpful and easy to work with. It was a low stress, positive experience.

The communication was extremely good. It was an overall seamless process.
My builder Andrew McCord was simply put the best. I do realize people run into some significant building issues with Pulte homes. But Andrew was terrific. He was thoughtful communicative and so reasonable to work with. Maybe we got lucky, or maybe he’s just that good. BTW he’s been moved to Columbia and promoted so maybe that’s why!
