I loved the salt water pool. It was great for swimming laps. I went on a tour of the facility and was very impressed with it. It had a walking /running track on the fourth floor. The exercise equipment looked top notched.

The staff are so friendly! I was nervous about taking a group exercise class, and every instructor has been so genuine and kind! They worked hard to make me feel included, and I have so much fun I hardly feel like I am working out.

Great facilities
No music playing across the gym. Friendly crew who works there. Patrons are there to stay healthy not to take Instagram selfies.
It’s a great facility BUT I would really like to be able to use the sauna from 1 pm - 4 pm. Sometimes my schedule puts me there after lunch and I can’t use it because the lifeguard is on her 3-hour break. If there was any way to stagger times with NKC so that a pool facility was ALWAYS open during normal business hours, it would be really nice…

Not crowded, friendly staff, Dante as a trainer is great!
The hot tub, steam room and sauna. Their workout area is really nice too, I just haven't used it as often.

Staff is very friendly, space is great, equipment and natatorium are up-to-date.
The only issue is the cleanliness of the locker rooms and natatorium—needs to be cleaned more attentively.
