Will at the front desk was extremely helpful .
It is a clean and well ran facility. Staff is always friendly and helpful.
I appreciate that it’s never too crowded and there’s always machines open.
It is a great facility and so beautiful in the lobby area. Glad they have available parking too!
Steam sauna, jacuzzi and the sauna. I would prefer the lap pool to be deeper, but oh well.
It’s clean, lots of classes
I really enjoyed going to two different body combat classes! Both were 55 minutes and the instructors were awesome! High energy and giving several accommodations for each track depending on the level. The mic sometimes makes it hard to understand and when one instructor didn't use the mic for a track it was way easier to understand each change. But with the instructing using the mic added to the music, it's difficult to hear the beat. But I'm a music teacher so I HAVE to be on the beat haha
It was very clean, the staff was friendly, the pool area was excellent, and the parking was easy.
Swimming pool and locker room (all that I use) are well maintained. Wish there were longer pool hours particularly on weekends.
The facility was neat and clean, the staff were friendly, and the steam, sauna and hot tub units were all operating well. I also enjoyed the pool lap lanes, and shooting some hoops. Great place that I will visit again.
Great facility with lots of equipment and natural light!
The facility itself beautiful🥰
It is roomy with lots of areas, friendly workers and parking. Plus it is beautiful.
Everything so far
Have someone switch some of the TVs to Chiefs games when they are on….
Turn the nice ceiling fans on in the cardio room this summer….
I love the classes and the gym is very nice!
It is convenient
Very friendly staff! Clean! Spin classes! Stages spin bikes!
Very celan and friendly atmoshpere . The aquatics area is great!!
Location, it's close by where I just moved. That means a lot for someone that just moved to Kansas City Missouri.
Great space, tons of equipment. Feels like an elevated experience.
The facilities are very up to date, the environment is spacious and light-filled. I like the way the machines are arranged around the perimeter, so that you are not in a room looking at everyone else on machines. The ellipticals and treadmills are also new, with video screens, not to mention all the monitors on the wall. The pool looks very clean and inviting, though I'm not a swimmer. The locker room is always clean, and the staff is very friendly.
Lots of equipment and machines. Changing rooms and bathrooms are always very clean.
Friendly staff and clean facilities
Great staff, beautiful facility, easy parking
Very clean, neat and quiet.
I think the building is beautiful, I love that there is a parking lot, the staff is all very friendly, and there are a lot of great classes.
The people are friendly and super helpful, the building is beautiful, the parking is easy, and there’s 30 minute classes!!! More of those, please!!! (I have kids and a demanding job so hour classes are hard for me to fit in)…
The staff are very friendly, the building and equipment is very modern, and the location is great. I rated as a 9/10 rather than a 10/10, because I believe the facility is not being kept as clean and maintained as well as it should be. For a new building, it is already showing more wear and tear than I believe one should reasonable expect.
Clean facilities, very friendly staff, lots of equipment and activities available.
