LOVE the BodyCombat and BodyPulse classes! The facility is great and the instructors are awesome!

Clean and friendly staff
On my first visit, was impressed with the friendliness of the staff, the cleanliness of the facility and the operability of the equipment. I have been using the NKC and Parkville facilities and will say the downtown facility exceeded my expectations by a wide margin. Its great to use a facility that is clean, and the equipment and TVs all work. I will continue to use the Kirk facility whenever am able too.

Location is great! Staff is friendly. Equipment is fairly new.
Friendly class leaders and staff.
Its probably the only workout place in KCMO with a Gym, Swimming Pool, Hot Tubs, Soana & running track all in one place. It has free parking for workout. Very nice staff & an affordable monthly fee.
All in all the best place in KCMO in my opinion to workout.
Few recommendations:
1. the lockers quantity / quality & size can be improved
2. Towels availability can be done...may be at an additional fee
3. Bench press & squat racks have limited quantity.
4. Hair dryers' quantity can be increased.
It's nicely laid out with a good assortment of classes and equipment.

The community is really accepting. Bathroom cleaning improved!
It is spacious and bright. There are plenty of pieces of cardio equipment.
The lap pool is way too cold. It has gotten even colder since last year. It needs to be kept at or around 80 degrees.
All the different kinds of classes that are available. I love that it’s clean. Always greeted with a smile. It’s my happy place.
Very clean and the machines seem to be taken care of.
the cleanliness! I do wish y'all provided towels for people who use the steam room and sauna tho.
We love the kidzone and our kid loves it too!
It is a great location and the staff is amazing. They have all the equipment that is needed and enjoy the pool and sauna. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a new gym to join.
