I love love love the pool. Wish it had longer hours on weekends.
The building is beautiful! I love all of the natural light in the group exercise rooms and upstairs fitness floor. I also love the suspended track. There is a variety of fitness machines available and they are in good working order. I appreciate having wifi so that I can stream music or movie while I work out.
I love the group exercise options--Body Pump (Mark and Katie are great!), Tone, Barre, Yoga (Luisa is amazing!). Jocelyn brings unparalleled energy to Core on Monday evenings. The group exercise class offerings meeting my scheduling needs AND keep me motivated to work out.
The front desk staff are professional and always very welcoming.

Beautiful facility
I love the childcare teachers! They are phenomenal! When I go in for a workout I know my children are in good hands. They are so kind and communicate with me when my one year old is crying which I appreciate. They have always been so kind even when my 3 year old had an accident on the floor. They are gracious and always make me and my children feel welcome. Thank you again for such a wonderful child center!

This is as great as the one in downtown Nashville Tennessee and I drive from north of the river

The size and cleanliness of the facility, the indoor track (as most Y’s around town do not have them), and the size of the pool. Most of the staff have been outgoing, friendly and helpful as well.

The downtown views through the huge windows make me so happy. The staff are always so nice and remember who you are. The facilities and equipment are in great condition. It doesn't feel dirty here, like it does at some other Y locations.
One suggestion: have more classes in the morning that start around 7:30 or 8, and have more advanced classes. A specific class that I would enjoy would be a heavy lifting class (technique, form, going for a PR type class). I think different levels of cross fit would also be a good option. Even continuing a running club once or twice a week would be fun.
I know there are the challenges through the app, but I think it would also be helpful and motivating to post peoples' PRs on a whiteboard or something for different classes. For example, in a Les Mills class, First name removed's PR for the lower body portion is 30lbs on the bar, or in the running club, her PR is a sub 30 minute 5k. Just some ideas.
