The members at the downtown Y, in particular SYAC, the pool, the track
I think the showers are great and clean!! They are the cleanest and have the best shower pressure out of all the Onondaga county ymca. The pool is a bit cold. The women's lockers rooms are cold too.

I like the feel of the downtown Y. The staff is always polite and friendly. Also, I like the convenience of the women's fitness center being right there on the first floor and so near to the entrance.

The DTY is about the friendliest place on earth. I love the DTY. And no, parking is rarely an issue, and I have never felt unsafe.
I like that it is friendly for local kids. Laid back and pleasant to come exercise there.

The women's fitness room is great. Good equipment, and no crowds. The pool is also excellent. Plus the location is close to my home.

A friend and I used the pool one afternoon. Staff at the desk and the lifeguardd were friendly and helpful and the facilities were pristine. It was a delight!

I wish there were parking associated with the Downtown Y. I’m always worrying about exceeding my two hour time limit on the parking meter. The day I was downtown the pool was freezing, okay if you’re swimming laps but not so good for the hydro running class I was in. Nevertheless I enjoyed the class and would go again.
Every employee at the downtown YMCA has been kind and helpful. They always seem to have a smile. It makes for an excellent experience every time I go. Many thanks to your wonderful staff.

Easy, quiet. Pool is fantastic. Many exercise choices. Love the people on staff. Always helpful and those I exercise with. Over the years, I’ve developed lasting friendships. And at 81 I feel exercise has helped maintain my vigor. All due to Y. I like the building too. Parking can be a drawback. YMCA mission is so important and I especially support swimming classes for children. Thanks Y!
The front desk is awesome. The nicest, kindest and most helpful staff will sort things out if you have any questions or concerns before you begin your workout. They will take messages for other members of your group and take pictures as well. An advantage over private clubs in that they (Y) don’t try to sell you anything😎
It's close to my office and I like that it has a separate women's fitness area.
Not many kids. Not very crowded. Pool is very clean.
