I like it because it helps me to stay healthy, and I have made some very nice friends! What I don’t like is having to use the same bathroom as the guys especially since there are two bathrooms upstairs! I am not the only one with this complaint!
All the classes that they offer and the services they offer for parents are great.
I like the friendliness of the staff and their willingness to help. I greatly appreciate the wide range of Active Older Adult classes and the leadership of Adriana and the additional activities she encourages us to try. The availability of coffee and tables and chairs in the entry is an added bonus for friends gathering after exercising.

I love the pool! People are very nice and the womens showers and locker room are cleaner and working better

Exercise class instructors are outstanding. A great variety of activities are offered ; there is something for everyone. Staff is always friendly and welcoming.

Friendly atmoshere
opens early, my wife and I like to get an early start on the day. We see old friends and have made new ones. over last year can get in and out of my car easier and I do stairs better. my wife says hips and side or toned and tighter.
The swim instructor and class are rxvellent.

Large enough to accommodate the volume of people. Certain staff members are great. Omar is the absolute best. Great motivator.
