I like the hydro run class in the morning. I wish you had more than just on Monday. I like the cardio/weight room upstairs.i really haven’t tried anything else.

Kids programs available.
I love the family vibe of the Y. I love the diversity of people who use the Y. My grandkids love going to Childwatch and the 2 year old preschool with Ms Lucy and Ms Bethany. I love the PiYoChi program and Pilates programs in the therapy pool. I was never interested in going to classes in the lap pool, but the therapy pool is warm and the programs are challenging as taught by Terri on Mondays and Suzanne on Fridays.
The art classes, in particular ceramics, are absolutely great!
Everyone who works there from the instructors to the people at the front desk are all friendly and helpful.

Everyone is very nice and helpful. All of the staff seems very welcoming, even the Y members. The place is always clean. My kids love going to the daycare there.
The Afterschool program that the YMCA offers is wonderful for the children that are provided with an educational, fun and safe environment. Parents know their children are well cared for until they can pick them up.
I would highly recommend the After School Program. I just wish there were more openings for students that are on waiting lists to get into this great program.
