Everything. Very friendly staffs. Lights aren’t too bright in the morning when I come in to workout. I love that it’s open at 5:30, would even be better if it was opened at 5. Love their initiative of building a healthier community. The Y just feels like a home away from home.

As I mentioned I normally I go to the Wetzel Rd. facility. It is a very friendly location and I enjoy interacting with your staff and members. It is just a nice place to go to.
The North Area location is newer and has more equipment available. (Track, meeting rooms etc.) On occasion when I have been there the employees have been quite friendly, but it just does not have that (Homely) feeling. As I to attend it more often, perhaps I will get the same feeling as I have now for the Wetzel, road facility.
All in al,l the "Y" is the place I recommend for individuals to join. Your programs offer more than just keeping fit. It offers something for just about anyone.

I attended classes on the pool while Hal Walsh East Area pool was being cleaned. The pool is very nice. The people were friendly and so were there instructors. The women’s locker room is a bit crowded. The lockers are very narrow..

They are helpful, friendly and concerned with cleanliness.
The facility is clean. The staff and patrons are friendly. There is a wide variety of equipment in the fitness center. The fitness center is never so crowded that you cannot access all of the equipment that you want to use while you are there. The fitness center is usually staffed with personnel familiar with the equipment to assist you, whenever you have a question or issue with equipment. Equipment is well maintained and out of order equipment is repaired and placed back in service in a timely manner. The fitness center is quiet because of the no cell phone policy,

The staff is awesome always helpful and welcoming. The facility is always clean and ready to use. I love the pool and life guard staff are attentive and helpful. Your pool instructors are a great group of individuals who car about their class participants.

It is a friendly place, when I go there alone I don’t feel I am alone
There is an exercise class almost everyday that I am interested in. The people there are great and I can watch the food channel while I walk on the treadmill.
