Everything! I love the yoga classes, and the weights area has all of the equipment I need. The cleaning crews are outstanding and very attentive. I appreciate the free lending library in the lobby. My personal trainer is the best! The front desk staff are friendly and efficient.

I have already assisted 2 friends with joining. First of all, the facility is beautiful. I love the high ceilings and lighting, as well spacious locker rooms. . The facility, itself, has so much to offer with 3 varied pools, a track, fitness classrooms, basketball, Pickleball, soccer field, weights, cardio machines, etc. ( I also like the tvs on cardio machines with individual viewing, cable choices and captioning, as well as the blood pressure machine. I monitor mine at each visit.)
Program offerings are endless. There is something for everyone. The instructors, staff, and patrons are so helpful and friendly.
I love the sense of community that I feel here. It is a place that promotes wellness, good health, and very positive energy. I love it, and I am probably one of your biggest new fans!
I like the variety of classes they have for yoga, Zumba and other exercise classes.
I wish it stayed open until 9pm. Staff and gym is amazing!!! Few of the machines could use some oil because there is friction when moving.
I take aquatic class’s during the mornings. The instructors and life guards are excellent! I live closer to the Fayetteville Y but i enjoy the feeling of family at the North Area Y.
It is a nice place to work out. what I don;t like is every one texting when you are waiting for a machine,

The pool was very clean and not crowded when I visited. The locker room was sufficient and also clean. It’s an older building but has been kept up. Plenty of parking on side of building. Staff is friendly. This was my first visit there.
