It’s clean! The staff is really friendly! It’s one of the best facilities in the Syracuse area. It offers a wide variety of activities & workouts.

Nice facility! Has the classes that I’m looking for
It has a walking track, a dedicated cycle room and large pool area. Not to mention all the gym floor space. It would be nice though if there were dedicated pickleball courts.

I love the art department - several classes on multiple artistic hobbies.
eGym - really enjoy the eGym because you can do it at any time and complete one session in 22 minutes.
Best YMCA in central NY.
The office staff is welcoming and present. The young woman who cleans the girls’ locker room keeps it immaculate. There is usually a lap lane to share when I swim. I also like the hard copy of the aquatics weekly program.

It is always very clean, staff is friendly and there is a variety of classes and cardio machines. My only negative is the exercise room is very cold - 60 degrees. I realize I heat up once I start exercising - please turn it up a couple more degrees.
The amount of space you have and of course your aqua center is fantastic and don’t forget about the free coffee in the morning always a treat but just a really nice set up with lots of space and plenty of group classes if you want
The Aquatic Center is the best place to spend time with the family. It is a safe space and the staff is amazing. The therapy pool has the best relaxing water and even when I live closer to two other YMCA, this is my favorite one. Always clean, always welcoming. The EGYM is my new addiction. The only complaint is regarding the lack of good pickleball nets.
