Good Customer Service. The front desk representatives are always patient, helpful and friendly. The gym and bathrooms are kept clean. The pool and work out gym are my fortes. I enjoy the pool lap lanes. The gym work out area is easy to navigate. I like all the machines & weights. Machines are kept clean and maintained. My only gripe is some rules are not followed or enforced by personnel. Such as…people not wiping down machines after using, people leaving their coats, work out bags, yoga mats(rolled up), personal items in and around the gym; mostly on and around the tables/chairs near entrance of gym weight machine section
Coaches come up with fun games that teach skills & the kids aren't pressured to be super competitive.

It's extended hours, kind counselors, and fun activities.
The people. Mrs Bri is the best. She is so great with the social emotional stuff with my (rather sensitive) son. The team there really exudes warmth towards the kids and this puts them at ease.
The workers are so friendly and nice to the kids. I love that they always set out activities for the kids, even first thing in the morning at 7am. It makes a big difference for making the kids feel comfortable, and gives them something to look forward to instead of dreading it.
We have had a wonderful experience at the after school program held at Minoa Elementary.
The staff! They are absolutely wonderful. My son loves to attend the morning program. Keep doing what they are doing....they are very much appreciated!!

There is a wide variety of sports for kids to choose from. It would be nice if there was a way to include some baseball activities especially during the off season
The quality of staff and programming! My son has been participating since Pre-K. He gets mad when I pick him up too early from aftercare. Thank you for all that you do!
Excellent! I love the pool.
The staff at the downtown Y is aplways pleasant and welcoming. The facility is always clean and welcoming. The women's fitness center was always great but it is even nicer now with the recent improvements. Thank you to the Downtown Y for providing a safe, welcoming and nice environment for all members! As with all the Syracuse YMCA branches, it is a great place to workout!

It’s small and relaxed. I like the cardio machines in the back. Lots of free weights.
Beautiful facility, love the Yoga classes.. especially SueM and Brittany, clean and people are courteous and friendly

Everyone is friendly. Works are knowledgeable and considerate. The whole facility is very clean.
