He was considerate in his decision to not treat my daughter’s nursery, and made sure to move through the house quietly and at a respectful distance when he noticed the newborn. He took his time treating the exterior of the house, and even shared some information with me about the different insects he noticed and what causes their presence.

Our service technician answered all of our questions. We kept a specimens of our critter in a ziplock bag and he was able to identify the bug right away. He was prompt and on time, and dutifully completed our inspection.
