Our Terminix experience reflects professionalism, reliability, promptness, and follow through. Over the last few months, we identified an issue and requested repeated service calls. Our technician Mike, responded to each and every call and addressed the problem. He was thorough, evident in the time he took inspecting the areas, asking questions, and providing information. Mike is always courteous, respectful and pleasant. Hats off to Terminix for recognizing the importance of continuity of technicians. Mike was assigned to our home and he has remained the face of Terminix for us over the past 15 years.
