Terminix always sends an email to set up an appointment and then they are always on-time. The tech always lets us know when he arrives, before he starts his work. This is such a refreshing change from all other service providers, lawn care personnel, etc who just show up and complete their jobs, sometimes when we don't even know they are here. We have had the same Terminix tech for several years now and he is excellent.
The workers are great at what they do and if you have a service contract they will come in between services to fix the immediate problem. We’ve had Terminix for over 15 years and are extremely satisfied with their quality of work.

My Terminix provider Vincent has been coming to my house for many years now. Always the same guy, totally trustworthy, very friendly. I had an ant and minor termite problem when I bought the house and it has been completely remedied. Fortunately the problem remained outside the house in a tropical tree, now the termites are completely gone (The tree where they were has completely recovered). There are many things I have to worry about on a day to day basis, but ants and termites are not one of them. Always professional, always on time, reasonably priced. Excellent service, well worth the cost.
