The service was on time, and the team member who came out was very polite and answered any questions we had.
Unsure of the best way to handle unwelcome pests and bugs in our house, we decided to contact Terminix. After one call to schedule an appointment, the very optimistic, friendly, and capable Kristin arrived on time for an inspection, explaining several options to address the problems. She provided information and gave us time to consider signing an agreement with Terminix. Once we made our decision, Kristin came back to our place at our convenience to handle the applications customized for our needs. It's made an immediate difference in our peace of mind to know that we now have an expert on the job! Thanks Kristin and Terminix...so far, so good!
