Parker and crew did an excellent encapsulation job on our house; on time and on budget. I’m very pleased with the professionalism and what it accomplished dropping the humidity levels down from 70-75% to a range of 36-45%. Now our hardwood floors can get back to normal.

Dylan is always pleasant and knowledgable about bugs and such. He arrives on time. He takes good care to protect my floors with foot covers. He is quick to respond to extra bug issues.
I've used Terminex for decades and have never had an issues with any of the staff, in the field or the ladies that answer the phone in the office. I would definately recommend these professionals!
