Easy to contact someone for an appointment. Service person arrives on time. If going to run late, contacts me before I can contact him . Easy to pay bill. Professional in communication and service provided. Gets rid of the bugs! Doesn't charge me, if I need him to come back, if a pest problem returns.

Terminex provides dependable, professional and quality service both quarterly and annually. I would highly recommend their company to potential customers.

My only concern has been when I needed service for our crawl space dehumidifier and indoor monitor. I’ve had to make several requests to get a problem resolved.
