We are very pleased with the new mosquito service because it does not use chemical sprays. We are also satisfied with our termite bait service. The technicians are professional and explain how things work.
The customer service is top notch
We have been using Terminix for years to control the pests in our home. They come quarterly but if we have problems inbetween that time, they are prompt in responding. Dylan McKenzie, our Terminix Professional, does an outstanding job. He is professional, prompt and cares about his work. We are definitely happy with the service.

I liked that your associate Dylan McKenzie was informative on what services he performed at our new address that belonged to the prior owner and how well it worked. Being new to this area he did inform us of what would be a good plan for this house.
He was prompt and polite & professional. He had to come back another day to spray for red ants and he was right on time as promised.
